We accept returns and process refunds under specific conditions, as outlined below. Return postage costs are covered by us only in cases where the product is damaged upon delivery or lost during transit.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number. Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours after verifying the returned product’s condition. Additional details about the product may be requested to complete the process.

Please note that free returns are not available for change-of-mind purchases. Given the oversized nature and high shipping costs of our products, we strongly encourage you to review product specifications, images, and customer reviews before placing an order.

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you must arrange a tracked shipping service at your expense. Refunds for such returns will be issued within 24-48 hours of receiving the item. Include your order number and tracking information when contacting us.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. A non-refundable 12.5% service and processing fee applies to all cancellations. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, subject to the following terms:

  • A non-refundable fee of $29 per order will be charged for returns due to reasons such as finding a better price, changing your mind, sizing issues, or incorrect orders. This fee covers initial packing and handling costs.
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the purchaser.
  • Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item. Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit for future purchases.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 15 days.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers are not eligible for returns through our website.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately with supporting photos or documentation.

We will resolve these issues promptly and cover all associated costs, including return postage or replacement shipping.

 

Order Not Received

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, ensuring you receive the product or a suitable resolution.
